Meet the Team

Headshot of Jane Hill, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in South London

Jane Hill, Psychotherapist

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults. I usually work in person but have some online availability too.

There are many reasons for seeking therapy. You may be feeling stuck, or sense that you are repeating unhelpful patterns, or struggling with aspects of your life and don’t know why.

I provide a quiet and confidential space where we can think about your feelings and what might lie behind them. I can help you make sense of how the past lives on in current experiences and relationships, including the relationship between client and therapist. The therapeutic relationship will become a key element of therapy as a safe testing ground for healthier and more fulfilling ways of being and relating to others.  This can result in lasting change.

Dr Ashlee Mulimba, Health Psychologist

I work with adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, and health-related difficulties.

I support clients with anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional eating, addiction-related difficulties, and the impact of long-term health conditions including chronic pain and fatigue. I also have a particular interest in supporting people through perimenopause and other hormonal changes where these affect mood, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where we can explore the factors contributing to your difficulties and identify practical, realistic ways forward. My approach is tailored to the individual and may draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and behaviour change strategies. I also work in a trauma-informed way, recognising how past experiences can influence current patterns and wellbeing.

My aim is to help clients feel understood while supporting meaningful and lasting change.
