Sam Maiden
Psychotherapist
I believe therapy offers a unique space to pause, reflect and explore your thoughts and feelings in safety and without judgement.
I have broad clinical experience, including working with students in higher education, neurodivergent adults, and professionals in high-stress industries. Previously I worked in the events industry, which gave me first-hand experience of high-pressure environments and helps me relate to clients dealing with overwhelming thoughts, anxiety, or burnout.
I am an integrative therapist, mainly following a psychodynamic and person-centred approach. In short, this means I believe our previous experiences and relationships shape who we are today, and that everyone has the potential for personal growth. Together, we’ll develop an approach that feels supportive and meaningful for you.
