Sam Turner
Psychotherapist
Sometimes we can find ourselves experiencing difficult feelings or reactions, repeating patterns of behaviour or struggling to understand ourselves and how we relate to the world around us. I understand that each person’s story is unique and value the importance of what makes you, you.
I believe the therapeutic relationship provides safety and support — where you can speak your truth freely, without fear of judgement. From this place, we can begin to explore your experiences together and make sense of how they may be impacting your life today.
I am an Integrative Therapist. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental. Therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you, guided by what feels most important in your life. Working collaboratively, but led by your experiences, our sessions aim to help to develop healthier ways of coping, and build a stronger, more resilient relationship with yourself.
